`modelEndpoint.url` must be downloadable by the AMFG servers (see `POST /catalogue-model` for where to source it). If the url does not end in a clean file name (download endpoints, long pre-signed urls), set `modelEndpoint.fileName` explicitly. Either `modelEndpoint` or `catalogueModelConfigurationId` is required. `productionParameterIds` is keyed by quotation-form parameter name; the value ids come from `GET /production-parameter-field?technologyId=...`.
